Excellent list!
Pradeep sir, two questions:
1.Any idea if Amgaon is catching up?
2.What are the stats for Subramanaya, Karkala and Puttur in karnataka?
Thanks
Raghu

Hulikal was not 5022 till 23rd. It was 5220 mm till 23rd. I have corrected it my blog.
Till 23rd - 5220 mm (270 mm on 23rd and crossed 5000 mm mark)
24th - 178 mm
25th - 125 mm
26th - 280 mm
27th - 165 mm
28th - 141 mm
--------------
Total - 6109 mm
Pradeep,
Thank you for those stats.
Local supplement of ' The Hindu' says Makkandur in Kodagu has received upto 300( 7540mm) inches of rainfall. http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/tp-features/tp-districtplus/the-agony-of-the-monsoon/article4957336.ece
Its not clear. All stations are clubbed together and we cant judge the quantity to a particular station.
will check data.
@Pradeep John Today I enquired with the Hindu, 300 inches is the sum total of the rain received around Makkandur and not of one station
@ Bharath,
Thanks for the effort, i cant include it in the list as i have not authenticated it. Further, i cant assure that they will also publish the data for next month for the same place. I have noted down the place. Will try to get frequent data of the same in future
Many places in Kerala too would have got heavy rainfall. But the data is not available.
