Pradeep sir,
Thank you for the data.
First half of october had quite a bit of rain too in many coastal areas and SW monsoon has just begin withdrawing from southern India.
Has this data changed by now? and how do these toppers fare Year to date? any station crossed 10000 mm yet?
Thanks
RaghuS

Pradeep, I think you must post annual toppers instead of SWMtoppers.
The SWM season might not follow the official duration(JUN-SEP) as it might have started early in places like kerala and coastal karnataka and continue to rain after SEP. rain amounts of april/may might also have been missed.

@RaghuS

No station in India has crossed 10000 mm for the year 2013 with the data available with me.

Kuttiyadi in Kerala has got around 7000 mm. Dont have Walakkad data in Kerala which crosses 10000 mm occasionally. Rajamalai in Kerala should have also got good rains.

But with available data in 2013 Kuttiyadi is the wettest place in Kerala in 2013.

@ kaushik nayak,

Arriving Annual Toppers with over 5000 stations is herculean task. I have complied stations which has crossed 7500 mm for the year 2013 and has posted it.
